I wrote one a while back in cf that's free.. it's called "errorTool" (i'm 
so creative) and it's mainly intended for fusebox apps.
I used it without difficulty on many sites at my job, but the only other 
person i've communicated with that used it had trouble getting it setup and 
running on his server.  I'm incorporating the functionality into a new 
version of devnotes, so i haven't really messed with it.  It's available at 
www.tbcfug.org.
