O'Reilly's "JavaScript, The Definitive Guide" is a favorite reference out
there. Their "DHTML, A DefinitiveGuide" is excellent as well. I don't know
about other people's experience, but I am a copy/paste/adjust-for-my-page
JavaScript learner. Same for my HTML education-- I did a lot of "view source"
in my early days, and I have gotten far with that.
Also, as you will undoubtedly have questions, you may want to join
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to get them answered. It's a good list.
Have fun!

|
| As I am slowly being dragged out of the dark ages of the web, I am realizing
| theat I have no choice but to learn and use Javascript.
|
| Anyone have recommendations for their favorite tome?
