The custom tags need to be moved to the same directory where they are
called. For example, if you have a template (call it mytemplate.cfm) that
calls <cf_customtag>, then the customtag.cfm file needs to be located in the
same directory as mytemplate.cfm.
if you call it multiple times from templates in different directories, then
the custom tag needs to be located in each directory where it is called
from.
Alternatively, you can call a custom tag using <cfmodule>, and in that case,
you can locate all of your custom tags in one place and then in the
<cfmodule> , tell it where to look for the tag.
