Actually, there are several CF_Location tags around.  Some use HTTP headers 
and some use JavaScript redirects.  Look on fusebox.org, and also in the 
Allaire gallery.  If you are using an older version of CF (like my big 
inertial employer), then you need the JavaScript version ;-)
