My boss is looking for a utility similar to the Document Weight tool in CF Studio. He wants this tool to be able traverse a web site looking at the documents/dependencies, and report the size and "download" times at various bandwidth rates (14.4, 28.8, 56k, ISDN, T1, etc.).
