Sorry ... should have read the post ... saw upload and mac and made an
assumption that the upload was getting hosed.

How about putting some <CFMAIL>s in your index.cfm in strategic places to
send you some troubleshooting variable values like #attributes.fuseaction#
and such. I'm sure you have some sort of client.userid or something to test
for that particular user. Then have him try the upload again. Let us know
what the cause was.
