it's just like all the other prefixes -- in this case the author is using it
to identify display pages that have forms in it. As Erik says it's not part
of the nominal "standard" (though it's true that the standard itself doesn't
specify what prefixes are required, it only suggests some) and it's right in
line with "do things your own way".
Right now I would peg the "standard" (small "s") ones as "dsp", "act",
"qry", "app". To that, the fast-becoming-standard prefix of "url" might be
added. As you might guess the larger you make your list of prefixes that
you use the less likely you are to benefit from various tools that are
appearing which conform to some standard practices.
(oh, yes, yes, yes, I know the objection we're about to hear from Roger that
until there's a tool that let's him code the way he wants and not to any
enforced standard then the tool is incomplete -- but tool-makers have to
have *some* place to start where they can feel that the tool will have an
audience greater than one. :)
