It's not really a custom tag.  You basically just need to through
in an include of sesConverter.cfm in your index.cfm file, and
code your urls that way.

I am really confused by your post.  How would this type of url
help with a content management system?  All it really does is
manipulate stats applications and some search engines into
reporting something we want them to report.
