append a random number to the url of the .js? file (like on a regular query
string) and it should go away.  Its caused by the way the browser is caching
the js file and that it thinks its the same file over and over again  (the
index.cfm).  so ...

<script src="/js/blah.js?rnd=[random number here]"></script>
