XML only allows & in it, however I found that the xml toolset didn't
allow that. (Sent Rob an email about it but never heard back.)
My solution was to create a variable in myGlobals. <cfset amp= "&">
and then use #amp# in the xml files. This works cross version for both CF5
and CFMX.
