I could help BETA test also. Is it fusebox 4 specific, or will it work with 3 also?

Its an entire system, db tables, plugin and udf.
Basically, you create a privilege in the db, associate privileges with
security profiles. Users are each assigned to a security profile (only one,
but you can create as many profiles as you want).
When the system starts, application structures for each profile are created
(and recreated if the profile or privileges change), the plugin tests for
access at the circuit or fuseaction permissions level.
A udf is used within fuses to allow for more granular security to be applied
to specific items (such as menus, form buttons, etc.).
Its simple to use once you have it in, but it isn't totally plug and play.
And at this point there is no documentation for it. except fusedocs.
I'll try throwing together a sample app, but won't have a chance to do that
until next week. If you want it just with the parts, I can do that by
tomorrow, something more complete will have to wait though.
