PMFJI.  You could certainly use a globalfuseaction for what you
propose.  But I'd suggest that, due to the "utility" nature of what
you want to do (i.e., copying all session vars to request might be
something you'll do in many other apps without any changes to the
code) that you put the code in a plugin and call it in the preProcess
plugin section.  Name the plugin something like Session2Request, and
you have a plugin that is easy to identify and potentially useful for
other Fuseboxers as well.
