That's a good point.
Since the lexicon may/may-not be used in future FB4.1 releases.
It's probably better to do this in the fusebox.init.

I was just doing it this way to keep most of my code in the xml files up front.
It's also kind of handy to have the initializations in the controller/circuit, 
so I can reference them as needed when I'm coding the controller fuseactions.
