I'm new to the whole cf programming, methodology, server admin realm thing and
could use some assistance.
my computer has WinXPsp1, running CFMX7 ( localhost development )and FB4.1.0
and ran into an error with the following exceptions which doesn't allow me to
access the home / index.cfm page - -
Application Exception - in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mysite\fusebox4.loader.cfmx.cfm :

The specified Directory attribute value C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mysite\parsed
could not be created.
Application Exception - in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mysite\fusebox4.loader.cfmx.cfm :

The specified Directory attribute value C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mysite\plugins
could not be created.

The element at position 1 cannot be found.
It has been suggested that the cffile is somehow being blocked on the
server and to try changing the application name if you have run it
recently ( as the session for the application will also cause problems
if it remembers it to long after a major change). I enabled the sandbox
security settings with no change and have no idea what is meant by
changing the app name ( ? ).
Am hopeful that someone could guide / lead / point me in the right
direction.
