You might as well start with Fusebox 5.1 which is the current release
and it is backward compatible (runs Fusebox 4.0, 4.1 and 5.0
applications). Fusebox 5.5 is in Alpha right now but that will also
run earlier Fusebox applications.

Your best bet to learn Fusebox is probably Jeff Peters' book "Fusebox
5 & FLiP: Master-Class ColdFusion Apps", available from Proton Arts or
through Cafe Press:
