an app's controller circuit and any sub-circuits) is likely not to be used
in another app, where as the model and almost all of the view can be re-used
again and again. ANd with MVC these pieces are so atomic that creating a new
Controller becomes exceedingly simpler the more and more Models and Views
you have in your arsenal of previous succesful projects. [typically the
controller consists of calls to components in Model and View so it really
just turns into a something that just calls a bunch of smaller fuses in some
particular order -- likely not much re-use there since the effort to
re-think the project for re-use is as great as just re-creating a customized
Controller....anyway, the heart of the app is in the model and view so the
fact that they are re-usable is the big thing]
