What you are seeing is the real error message.

Seems like it is not finding a file that you are <cfinclude> ing.
There might be a problem with your query, but you need to fix this error first before 
you get to see an error on your query.

When I set suppressErrors to false I get the following error message.  I 
haven't moved any files.  Currently I know that the actual error is 
related to a query because if I take out part of the query, it works.  
In this case, I would probably have to add pieces back in bit by bit to 
discover the error anyway, but most of the time the "real" error message 
would be really helpful.
