the nice thing about having the data in the form of a query sim is that you
can define a variable such as
request.UseQuerySims = TRUE in your top-level fbx_settings file and also
have all your qry files have
<cfif request.UseQuerySims>
<cf_querySim> blah, blah, blah</cf_querysim>
<cfelse>
---actual query here ---
</cfif>
that way you can make your app fairly easy to port to, say, your laptop (or
to back up) and still have it work without the DB being "attached" since you
can flip on and off the UseQuerySim switch
