I often break my projects into 3 parts, I do the wireframe for free, because I use it 
as a sales tool and don't spend more than a few hours tops on it. I'll then charge 
either an hourly or a flat rate for building the
prototype. Then I'll give a full time and cost estimate when the prototype is 
finished. Hal and I will be talking about this very concept in tomorrow's newsletter.
