I tried replacing the core files with new ones. No luck. I am noticing that
my fbx_layout and fbx_switch is executing for each circuit. Just not the
fbx_settings.

so, you are not getting down to your fbx_switch either, correct?

insure that your fbx_circuits.cfm at the root is set up correctly.

ie. that you have something like
Fusebox.Circuits.youralias = "main/admin/target";

if that isn't it, you haven't modified the core files have you?

Thanks, but I've tried that. I can tell it's not running because it doesn't
show as an executed template in the debugging. I have also tried methods as
you have described. There is no question that it's not running. The circuit
I'm trying to run is nested like so /root circuit/admin circuit/target
circuit. The only fbx_setttings is executing in the root circuit.

put a cfabort in your circuit fbx_settings, to see if it is getting into
them.

it SHOULD be running all fbx_settings between the root and the target
circuit

if you are using cfparam in your circuits, it isn't going to overwrite
already set variables.

Hi,

I'm wondering why only the home circuit fbx_setttings file is being used? My
understanding was this was fbx_setting was a "myglobals" replacement to set
circuit specific parameters. Is this true? Should each circuits cfx_settings
be executing? Any idea how to troubleshoot this problem if it is?

Thanks,

Rick
