That's what I thought too but when I made the change in a test app using
search and replace my form actions were changed to "fa" too and they
still worked correctly. I was surprised by that.

with that you have to remember to user fuseaction in code, this only
covers 
URL values.  so, in forms you will want to include the hidden field 
"fuseaction"
