What about templates? How can I set up my own template, when
generating prototype? Where can I find information about this
issue?

Beware, everyone. The WireFrameTool with built-in
prototype/DevNotes generator is definitely an alpha release. If
you want a stable version, go back, go back. All the previous releases
are there on the SourceForge site. Grab version 3.8, or anything without an
"a" or "b" suffix.
