Hal,

I'm talking about having a form on each prototype page with 
boxes for the number of dsp_, qry_, and act_ files. That 
way you wouldn't have to worry about keeping up a 
spreadsheet. You'd just enter your estimates right there on
the page, along with the devnotes.

You could then display the estimated time/cost for the 
current page as well as the whole app, and have another
CFM page that shows a report of all your prototypes.

I LOVE this spreadsheet. I takes all of the guess-work
out of estimating FLiP project. 

As you pointed out earlier, FLiP borrows a lot of the 
good ideas from XP and none of the bad ones. We 
can now add "project velocity" to that list.
