If you're determining whether the user should have access to a
fuseaction at all, I would set that at the <cfcase> level. If you're
determining parts of a page to show, I would put the tag on the actual
fuse.

sorry, I was not clear enough...in my dsp file I should wrap any content

displayed (or not to be displayed to a particular security level) with 
the tag? Is that what you mean by fuseaction level or is it wrapped in 
the switch file?
