bwahaha.. thats funny- noone wants their app to be measured against topica in performance! I don't think asp.net lends itself well to the fusebox archtitecture but the philosophy is nicely there naturally just by how the code itself works. Seperation occurs without you meaning it to, reusability is still an issue.. its not possable to be as granular as fusebox allows.. its neat language but its more of a bridge for traditional programmers to webdev not so much the other way around imo.

Without the use of COM, a large (or even medium) sized application will perform about as well as this topica list serv. kevinf -----Original Message----- From: John Beynon [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, May 07, 2002 9:02 AM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: ASP and FB3 Rumour has it, that an ASP flavour might appear shortly ;) don't ask me how, don't ask me when - Jb. > -----Original Message----- > From: Kevin Freestone [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: 07 May 2002 14:55 > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: RE: ASP and FB3 > > > The ASP flavor won't happen - it's impossible to do FB3 with > ASP without having to use COM objects and such.
