I like Gary use Cool Menus.  They are very stable and not as buggy as Ben
Forta's.
Have a look at <cf_shamelessPlug> www.affsl.com  </cf_shamelessPlug> to see
how easy they integrate.  They're everybit as dynamic as Bens menus and
cross browser compatible (unlike Ben's) and Free Like Ben's :)
