In case Erik's busy with something ... you put the conditional code in 
whichever layout file you want to stop. If you have nested layout, and 
you want to suppress it all, you put it both (all) circuits. 

Then you of course set a param to false, and then in the case statement 
for that particular fuse, set suppressLayout to True
