In FB3, you can call any circuit from any other circuit through the root index file, just by using the fully qualified fuseaction, index.cfm?fuseaction=circuit.(fuse)action if you don't want a circuit to be "publicly" available from the parent, don't put any links to it in your front end, and /or include a login circuit for the child. from the child, you can put any link you want out to the parent.
