Actually, John Beynon spoke with the very nice folks at Fusetalk and
they have donated a copy of their software to Fusebox.org. This will let
us integrate a mailing list, news server, and forums so that people can
use whichever they find most useful. Many thanks to both John and
Fusetalk. We are working on that now.

Subject: Moving to a forum was RE: circuit independance idea

Hi,

email application. When are we going to get our system moved to a forum?

I agree. Although there is the website with a list of all these mails,
it don't cut the mustard as the discussions are not threaded. Plus the
searching is a bit lacking...

What about http://groups.yahoo.com? FuseQ-uoting them:

"How much does it cost to use Yahoo! Groups?
Yahoo! Groups is free to both members and moderators. Our service is
advertiser-supported and is partially sponsored by advertisements
inserted into the email messages you receive."

I have found Yahoo! Groups quite user friendly and functionally
complete. They offer threading, a file repository and optional e-mail
notifications (including digests). It seems pretty easy to start one.

There is also delphiforums (www.delphiforums.com), which offers a free
and enhanced version, and similar levels of functionality.

What does everyone think? I think I am gonna be told to move this to
SteerFB :-)

Steve
