Oh I agree with you but technically you would have to pay customs which
would make up for the difference.  Aren't customs there to deter people from
doing the sort of things that you mention?  I wonder if Windows is the same
price all over the world?  I wonder if the retail price for nike shoes is
the same all over the world?  They aren't if I am correct.
