probably need to delete cookies (cfid/cftoken), delete the session vars
(cfid/cftoken), and make sure to not pass cftoken/cfid on the url, and
relocate back to the homepage.

I am trying to make it so that after the person logs out and the person
presses the back button and then a link it will not work because
session.cfid is not equal to url.cfid.

How do I make the whole session go bye bye so that when person logs back in
a new session.cfid and session.cftoken is auto created?
