Hi Mike,
I use onCondition to indicate that a variable is passed out only if
another variable has a specific value... so in the following case:
<out>
<boolean name="isValid" comments="0 if validation fails" />
<string name="message" comments="validation error message"
onCondition="isValid is 0">
<out>
The string "message" would not be created is isValid was equal to 1.
I'm sure there are other more fascinating uses for it...
