you have to tell cf to create the client storage tables when you create the datasource as a client variables repository. In the CF administrator, go to the client storage page, and remove your current repository. Then recreate it, making sure that the 'create tables' option is checked. I'm not quite sure on the verbage, since I don't have the admin to look at right now, but that should get you close.

If I disable this part of the site I get no errors and DB access runs unhindered Both my versions of CF5 are single use developer configurations Any ideas would be appreciated.
