I experimented with CS-RCS $id token for this. I have a property and
CS-RCS adds correct revision info automatically.

<properties>
    <property name="revision" value="$Id: $"/>
</properties>

And after checking in I have:

<property name="revision" value="$Id: foo.cfm,v 1.2 2002-03-25 12:26:11+02 erkie Exp
erkie $"/>
