Hi Bob, I've had it with Linux FTP, Windows FTP, and Windows RDS. I've only ever seen it where I've had multiple files open in different directories with the same name - which is an all too common occurance with FB3. I had a doozy recently when working with Windows FTP, where any file uploaded to a "help" directory on the site ended up on my local drive, under the studio program files directory.
But anyway, that's all in the past now - I miss no keyboard shortcuts for lowercase/uppercase and no snippet shortcuts, but I'm sticking with DWMX for now. Someone will probably write an extension to do the uppercase/lowercase thing anyway. Kay. Kay, until a few months ago, I thought the "file overwrite" problem was an urban legend. I had used Studio for a long time and had never had it happen to me. Then, I started doing more editting on Linux servers via RDS and now it happens all too often. Just wondering if *NIX/RDS is your environment as well and if you ever have that problem when working local or with Windows/RDS? ==^================================================================ This email was sent to: [email protected] EASY UNSUBSCRIBE click here: http://topica.com/u/?bUrFMa.bV0Kx9 Or send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] T O P I C A -- Register now to manage your mail! http://www.topica.com/partner/tag02/register ==^================================================================
