I believe it does. That's what he meant by "around" the fusebox.layout. At least for me, the core files are pretty quiet, and my files are full of whitespace.

I modified my version of the core file so that whitespace generated by core file is eliminated by using <cfsetting> tag. And everything that the non-fbx files generate is left as it is.
