I believe it does.  That's what he meant by "around" the fusebox.layout.  At
least for me, the core files are pretty quiet, and my files are full of
whitespace.

But should it? If I generate an exactly formatted bunch of text where every
character, even whitespace, counts, then the core file shouldn't touch it.
I modified my version of the core file so that whitespace generated by core
file is eliminated by using <cfsetting> tag. And everything that the non-fbx
files generate is left as it is.

And I believe the official core file should also respect what my files
generate as is, not trim it.
