stupid question, maybe … is it possible that we're getting false reports about 
moderated posts?  the one I referenced in my last email, when I checked the URL 
it gave, there was nothing to moderate … I checked with the project admin to 
see if he approved it, and he says he didn't, and that it was already posted to 
the list … and he says he's the only one that moderates the forums for his 
project … 

so is the 'No Moderation' being honoured, but sending a message nonetheless … ?
