As the course is entitled "Comprehension of programs" we wanted to separate the two activities -- the commprehension part and the developpement. Thus, the first part of the class (the first couple of weeks) had to be dedicated to the description of the code and it's architecture and the other half to debugging the assigned project. It was difficult to orchestrate all that and I can imagine that there were groups that didn't send their attributions. We will most probably change things this year.
