Which means only after change (not after query).

Which also include update from graphical front-end
(tested with PackageKit)

But which doesn't include direct use of "rpm" command, which is
deprecated in latest fedora / RHEL and hardly discourage as this break
lot of yum feature such as db, history, undo, ...
