as you might have enabled 127.0.0.1 but not localhost as trusted source.
When you install the agent, you should set the following parameter:
/httpd-trust=127.0.0.1,localhost
That's no use to use both the IP adress AND the name version, unless you
have a resolver issue. Anyway, httpd-trust directive was introduced with
2.3.x version, whereas he's using 2.1.x
