There's some way to ''reparse'' all the rule and ''cleanup data'',
apart using ''data integrity check''?

While waiting your answer, i've done some experiment. I've disabled the
last rule 'Unknown device import', and added just bevore a new rule
'Unknown device with serial' that have:

Criteria
 Assets to import : Serial Number       exists  Yes
Actions
 FusionInventory link   Assign  Link if possible, else create device

and seems to work like expected, eg, only devices with serial are
imported.

I suggest on next release, for the default configuration, to keep the
last rule disabled, to prevent hurting the innocent. ;-)

Again, i suggest to ''split'' this action in ''link'' and ''create
device'', and leave the if/else logic on the above rules. ;)
