I've disabled the last rule 'Unknown device import', and added just bevore a new rule 'Unknown device with serial' that have: Criteria Assets to import : Serial Number exists Yes Actions FusionInventory link Assign Link if possible, else create device and seems to work like expected, eg, only devices with serial are imported.
