I'm using GLPI 0.84.7, with some client all Win 7 64bit, all running FI 2.3.10.1.
On late 2013 i've buyed a set of 10 printers (Samsung ML-2160) that i've added manually to the GLPI database. After that, i've moved to Win 7, and enabled FI on all pc, running once every week (no daemon mode). But FI insist to create a new printer, with EXACTLY the same serial number of the existing one. Why? And, how to fix that? Normally, eg, for monitors, where a diference on the lable S/N and the firmware S/N is common, i simpy delete the ''offending'' device and modify the S/N of the good one to match, but this is not the case, i've deleted many time the printer but they come back everytime.
