Well, there are two forums now. The [fusionpro] one deals more with the FusionPro Desktop and Server products, whereas the [pti_web_to_print] is more specific to FusionPro Web. There are users for both products on both forums, but they should be more users on the forum specific to your product, so chances are you'll get a faster response.
