Hi Cristy,
Yes you can do this. Create a new resource and select Formatted Text from
the dropdown. Enter your text as you would normally do in a regular text
box. Then create a rule that will return the resource if your other
criteria is met. For instance, if (Field("Address") == "")
Return '';
Else
Return Resource("Indicia");
