i know in recent months Printable has made a pledge to improve their
support response time as well as how they handle situations.

i just wanted to say 'THANK YOU, PRINTABLE' for holding true to those
pledges.

recently, i have encountered nothing but complete support and feedback in
a timely manner and it has all been extremely helpful. many of times
pulling me out of very time sensitive crunches i've been put in.

this forum has also been a HUGE help.

i hope everyone has been able to experience the benefit of these changes.
thank you, again, and keep up the good work.
