We don't use Printable's Web to Print package for the creation of templates or for our web-sites interface either. Also, I'm just the template creator, and the people that I work with are the web-gurus. All of the sites we use for our customers are created and programmed by them. So I'm not exactly sure about the transition you refer to or your company's specific work-flow. Maybe some others that do use the website package that Printable provides can chime in on this. However, I think that there should be a way within an approval system to continue on and call that template again, or call a separate template after the approval is complete.
