Hi, My pdf that I'm using for my template is coming across with white boxes around all of the elements after I test it and want to view pdf. But the pdf that I uploaded for the template looks fine. The background isn't going to print, so the press proof looks fine, but I don't want my customers seeing a proof with white boxes if they aren't supposed to be there. Any suggestions why this is happening?
