This is what I'm trying to achieve:

Phone: <<TollFreePhone>>
            <<CellPhone>>
            <<LocalPhone>>
Fax: <<TollFreeFax>>
            <<SecondFax>>

I know how to set up the tab stop, that's easy.

The problem I'm having is the Phone and Fax prefix.

With the "Phone" prefix being at the top of my variable text box, I am
able to do all the programming for the phone numbers. If there is no
TollFreePhone I have it programmed so the text will bump up and the prefix
will be OK where it is. Some records only have one phone number, some
have two, some have all three.

So here's my problem:
This will cause the placement of the Fax prefix to vary in its location.
Some of the records have no Fax numbers at all and I need the prefix to
vanish in these cases.
Some of the records have only the SecondFax and I need the prefix to align
properly.
Some of the records have two fax numbers.

What will my rules be for the bottom two fax lines?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
Mike
