Hi Derek,

Try this and let me know if this works for you.  

In FP Imposer in the "Layout" area (where you set the step/repeat), do a
right-click on the area that shows what your imposition looks like (the
area in FP Imposer in the upper-right which shows the sheet and
individual items).  

You should get a menu that appears that allows you 4 options to "Discard
space and Bleed Above/Below/Right/Left".  This menu is also the area
where you can rotate individual items or rows/columns in your imposition
layout.
