Thanks for the help. This still produced the same result.
First, in your for loop, you need to change your "<=" to a "<" or start
with a 1. Using "<=" means the last number is included, and when starting
with 0 this always means you will count one too many.
I think charAt is, essentially, 1 based. You use 1 for the first character
instead of 0 as you would with an array. So, try changing to "...counter =
1;..." and see how that works.
